Provides bilingual English and French reception and workplace support in a Montreal office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail and couriers, maintaining pantry areas and office supplies, coordinating meeting rooms, handling administrative requests, maintaining records, and delivering professional customer service while protecting confidential information.

The role requires leadership, time management, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in 12-hour shifts.
