Own provider activation and growth outcomes for a healthcare technology platform. Lead the activation team, including sales development and growth marketing, while setting goals, managing budgets and hiring, optimizing outreach channels, and improving provider response and prior authorization submission rates. Partner with product, engineering, pharmacies, hubs, and pharmaceutical sponsors to prioritize tooling, evaluate vendors, and scale effective operations.

Build reliable, AI-powered healthcare products that simplify medication-access workflows. Lead initiatives from user discovery through launch, designing architecture and personally developing backend services, interfaces, data models, integrations, and workflow infrastructure. Own technical direction, customer outcomes, testing, observability, safe rollouts, and AI fallbacks. Mentor engineers, improve development processes with coding agents, and collaborate with Product, AI, Operations, users, payers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners.

Own the analytics roadmap, data platform, semantic models, customer-facing analytics, and AI-native analytics agents. Partner with cross-functional leaders to establish trusted metrics, improve operational and patient-access insights, and deliver data products that drive measurable outcomes. Strengthen dbt and Snowflake foundations, create governed self-service workflows, and provide technical mentorship as the analytics function grows.
