Owns product backlogs and member/client experience for complex strategic initiatives. Collaborates with developers, business analysts, squads, senior leaders, and external partners to define solutions, deliver business benefits, establish standards, diagnose issues, and recommend strategic priorities. Coaches other product owners, coordinates stakeholders, represents the organization in executive forums, and negotiates partner agreements.

Analyzes moderate- to high-complexity commercial financing files, develops financing recommendations and structures, assesses conditions and required guarantees, and communicates findings to account directors. Provides functional supervision, coordination, coaching, and workload planning for financing analysts. Performs periodic reviews of complex files, monitors controls, proposes alternative solutions, and ensures compliance with financial policies, standards, and applicable laws.

Leads organization-wide marketing development projects and strategic initiatives. Analyzes market needs, recommends product and service marketing strategies, develops policies and programs, and advises stakeholders and decision-making bodies. Serves as a subject matter expert, represents the marketing unit internally and externally, and supports partnerships. The temporary position requires strong strategic thinking, interpersonal savvy, French, and advanced English proficiency.
