Administer, configure, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud and Halo platform enhancements. Support case management, workflows, reporting, integrations, incident resolution, data quality, access controls, and change management. Contribute to Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360, and Agentforce implementations while collaborating with business teams, suppliers, and technology partners. Maintain documentation, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides expert administrative and strategic advice on complex organization-wide initiatives. Conducts strategic assessments, develops scenarios, solves complex business problems, designs and prioritizes solutions, coordinates implementation, and establishes oversight mechanisms. Acts as a subject matter expert and business manager for senior leadership, collaborates with diverse stakeholders, and negotiates with external partners on behalf of the organization.

Plans and monitors project scopes, budgets, timelines, milestones, risks, resources, and performance indicators. Supports project leaders and teams by applying project management best practices, maintaining plans and documentation, analyzing trends and discrepancies, recommending solutions, and coordinating stakeholders across multiple initiatives. Serves as a specialist for project delivery processes and management tools while ensuring projects remain efficient and aligned with objectives.
