Coordinates road shipments and serves as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, entering data, tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining client standard operating procedures. The role requires customer service experience, trucking industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and mandatory English-French bilingualism.

Design, develop, deploy and support data integration solutions (EDI, API, file, IDoc) across environments; produce design documentation; work with stakeholders to implement partner integrations and troubleshoot issues.

Support, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform across global offices. Act as liaison between business and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, manage implementations, integrations, testing, upgrades, data migrations, training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve processes, automation, data quality, and user adoption.
