Lead a central portfolio analytics function for Personal Insurance, delivering performance monitoring, scenario analysis, forecasts, and deep‑dive diagnostics. Build and coach an analytical team, manage project intake and priorities, and translate analyses into actionable portfolio recommendations for senior stakeholders to inform planning and portfolio decisions.

Lead legal management of Financial Lines claims (cyber, D&O, EPL, fidelity, professional liability). Perform coverage analysis, investigations, negotiations, settlements, manage outside counsel and recoveries, draft legal documents and reports, advise underwriters, and prepare reference materials for claims and underwriting teams.

Provide underwriting support for commercial insurance: gather new-business information, process renewals/endorsements/certificates, enter and maintain policy data, order reports, follow up on requirements, handle billing and policy inquiries, and collaborate with underwriters and technicians to ensure accurate policy documentation and timely service.

Manage and grow relationships with independent insurance brokers in a region to drive profitable gross written premium growth. Support sales pursuits, deploy broker services and training, resolve inquiries and complaints, act as regional SME on systems, and collaborate with underwriting, operations and claims to deliver a consistent broker experience.

Evaluate, estimate, negotiate and settle property catastrophe claims; travel to loss sites across Canada; write estimates using Xactimate/Xactanalysis; document claims, interpret policy, identify subrogation, manage vendors and experts, apply building code knowledge, and support regional adjusting and national appraisal functions.

Lead and grow the Quebec commercial underwriting team, driving profitable portfolio growth through disciplined risk selection, broker relationship management, talent development, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

The Account Executive Officer will manage and underwrite Financial Lines, develop broker relationships, pursue new business, and mentor junior staff in Quebec.
