Creates clear, accessible, user-centered content for digital insurance journeys, including product pages, FAQs, email journeys, transactional flows, forms, and in-app experiences. Manages complex Financial Lines insurance claims involving cyber liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, employment practices, fidelity and crime, and professional liability. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, investigations, claim evaluation, negotiations, litigation management, settlement resolution, recovery coordination, legal research, document drafting, financial exposure reporting, and advising underwriting colleagues. The role requires a qualified lawyer with insurance claims or legal experience.

Manage complex and commercial auto physical damage claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include interpreting policy coverage, explaining processes to customers, coordinating with brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators, processing payments, and initiating salvage and subrogation. Maintain accurate claim files, meet productivity and disposition targets, and deliver professional bilingual customer service. The role requires an AMF license, English and French fluency, and at least three years of relevant claims experience.

Adjudicate pet health insurance claims according to policy terms, including eligibility assessments, medical-record reviews, pre-authorizations, and approval or disallowance decisions. Provide claims guidance to insurance advisors, territory managers, veterinary practices, policyholders, and channel partners. Support customer inquiries, conduct post-claims surveys, obtain required information, and draft insurance correspondence.

Provide underwriting support for commercial insurance: gather new-business information, process renewals/endorsements/certificates, enter and maintain policy data, order reports, follow up on requirements, handle billing and policy inquiries, and collaborate with underwriters and technicians to ensure accurate policy documentation and timely service.

Manage outreach to remote veterinary clinics, breeders, and shelters via phone, email and virtual meetings to generate quotes and leads, support trial activations, maintain CRM engagement metrics, collaborate with Territory Managers and marketing to grow territory performance and execute promotional initiatives.

Lead and grow the Quebec commercial underwriting team, driving profitable portfolio growth through disciplined risk selection, broker relationship management, talent development, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Handles commercial auto claims from first notice of loss through resolution. Guides customers by phone and email, gathers claim information, explains coverage and next steps, investigates claims, coordinates with customers, brokers, vendors, and fraud investigators, maintains accurate records, processes authorized payments, and follows up to ensure timely resolution. The role requires an active New Brunswick adjuster license or the ability to obtain one and includes a 12–8 PM shift.
