Leads D2L’s global public relations and communications strategy, including media relations, executive communications, crisis management, awards, reputation, and thought leadership. Advises senior leaders, manages agencies and budgets, builds media relationships, oversees a high-performing team, and integrates AI into communications research, content development, monitoring, and analytics. The role also drives major announcements, speaking engagements, measurable brand outcomes, and integrated communications programs across global markets.

Serve as the technical escalation for Solutions Engineers, design and present integration and security solutions for LMS (Brightspace) implementations, scope complex technical requirements for sales, mitigate delivery risks, liaise with implementation teams, and create enablement assets to support sales and services.
