Build territory plans, generate pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, present PoVs, negotiate and close deals, engage C-level executives, partner with SE, Customer Success, and channel partners, and travel ~50% across Canada East.

Lead technical customer success for Cyera's platform: act as primary technical expert, drive onboarding and adoption, design custom use cases, troubleshoot issues, run executive and technical workshops, conduct QBRs, mentor team members, and influence product roadmap to maximize customer ROI and expansion.

The DLP Solutions Architect will own technical presales efforts for Cyera's DLP product, providing technical expertise, crafting solutions, and building customer relationships while supporting product management and engineering teams.
