Transforms Snowflake and external analytics data into business value realizations, dashboards, benchmarks, and strategic insights. Advises customers and internal teams on event tracking, instrumentation, governance, and digital measurement. Develops scalable data models and frameworks to quantify outcomes, adoption, and ROI while collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success, and partners.

Own the ML Platform product roadmap supporting model training, evaluation, deployment, serving, monitoring, and AI capabilities. Translate the needs of applied scientists and ML engineers into priorities, proposals, and platform capabilities while balancing reliability, cost, scalability, and technical debt. Lead discovery, evaluate build-versus-buy options, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, drive platform adoption, and support migrations from legacy tools. The role requires technical product management experience and practical understanding of production machine learning systems.

Build custom commerce demo interfaces, technical tools, proof-of-concepts, catalogs, and content for Coveo’s Solutions Engineering team. The intern will use React, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, and Beacon tracking to create and troubleshoot demo environments, collaborate with solution engineers, and identify improvements to recurring technical workflows.
