Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, content, campaigns, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and go-to-market initiatives for Coveo’s Website offerings. Collaborate with Product Management, Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management to support launches, drive adoption, generate pipeline, communicate customer outcomes, and use market and competitive insights to improve marketing programs.

Own and optimize enterprise AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, leading Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional initiatives. Strengthen cloud networking, security, reliability, and automation while partnering with Security teams on threat detection, segmentation, and incident response. Mentor colleagues, provide technical guidance, identify infrastructure risks, and translate cloud architecture and strategy into actionable solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, including availability, performance, networking, and security. Lead Terraform infrastructure-as-code practices and complex cross-functional cloud initiatives from planning through delivery. Partner with Security on threat detection, segmentation, incident response, and cloud security improvements. Identify and resolve infrastructure risks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical guidance. Scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell supports infrastructure and operational automation.
