Coordinates commercial real estate brokerage projects, proposals, RFP responses, market surveys, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, broker events, listing inquiries, transaction administration, due diligence, and CRM database management. Collaborates with advisors and sales assistants while supporting client-facing activities. Requires strong French and English communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Adobe design software experience.

Support a high-volume investment sales team by underwriting and valuing commercial and development properties across Quebec. Build and present complex Excel financial models (DCF, IRR, cash flows), prepare offering memoranda, coordinate due diligence, analyze mortgage documents, and present findings to clients and stakeholders. Work on-site in Montreal and collaborate across brokers, marketing, and debt/equity teams. Bilingual French/English required.

Lead Valuation and Advisory Services by producing reports, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic growth plans while providing exceptional service and leveraging technology.
