The Specialist in Wireless Device Certification will conduct tests on mobile devices to ensure compatibility with the Cogeco network, develop test plans, analyze device logs, and work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to track anomalies and resolve issues.

Bridge telecom data and business strategy by building dashboards, certified datasets, and AI-driven data assistants. Deliver deep-dive analyses on ARPU, churn, CAC and operational metrics using BigQuery and Tableau, and collaborate in agile squads to deploy self-service analytics and Agentic AI tools.

Serves as a senior compensation advisor to HR and Talent Acquisition teams across Canada and the United States. Leads compensation cycles, executive compensation support, salary structure design, job evaluations, benchmarking, pay equity compliance, incentive programs, and total rewards projects. Develops communication and training materials while ensuring legal compliance, market competitiveness, internal equity, and consistent compensation practices.
