Teams at Coframe

Build and manage target account lists, conduct inbound qualification and outbound prospecting, execute personalized campaigns, generate qualified meetings, and maintain pipeline records. Partner with Account Executives on account strategies, represent Coframe at conferences and events, test outbound and marketing messaging, and improve performance using data. The role requires strong communication, organization, ownership, and comfort engaging senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Source and recruit Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and other go-to-market talent through targeted outbound outreach, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing. Manage candidates through interviews and offers, evaluate sales and technical capabilities, partner with hiring leaders, improve candidate experience, and use funnel data and ATS hygiene to optimize recruiting results.

Design, build, and operate reliable backend services, APIs, data systems, and asynchronous workflows. Own technical projects from architecture through production, process high volumes of events and customer data, and improve platform reliability, performance, observability, interoperability, and scalability. Collaborate with founders, product engineers, applied AI, and customer-facing teams while shaping engineering standards and the company’s technical foundation.
