Supports property and casualty actuarial reserving through regulatory and strategic analyses, reserve reporting, actuarial modeling, documentation, and process improvements. The role contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including the Appointed Actuary Report, communicates actuarial concepts to business partners, and leads small to medium-sized projects. Candidates need a relevant degree, two years of P&C experience, modeling and programming knowledge, and actuarial project or reserve analysis experience.

Provides bilingual English and French support to Financial Advisors and internal staff in a contact center environment. Offers procedural and technical guidance for Auto, Habitational, Salesforce, policy, and billing applications; investigates and resolves issues; documents incidents and resolutions; processes billing transactions; follows up on outstanding records; and escalates complex workflow or system problems when needed.

Provides clerical, administrative, customer service, vendor management, invoice processing, records maintenance, and operational support for agency and district offices. Responsibilities include managing calls and payments, maintaining Microsoft 365 records and websites, coordinating office supplies and transitions, resolving service issues, supporting process improvements, and assisting with special projects. English proficiency is required, while French is an asset. A background check is required upon hiring.
