As a Bilingual Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will manage mortgage portfolios, ensuring compliance and documentation related to loans, and execute post-funding tasks with clients and team members.

Serve as primary contact for borrower retention by managing inbound/outbound calls, assessing needs, offering tailored mortgage solutions, preparing submissions for underwriting, following up on conditions, calculating penalties, maintaining accurate records, meeting retention targets, and supporting mortgage administration and special projects.

As a Mortgage Underwriter at CMLS Financial, you will assess residential loan applications, manage a high volume of files, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining quality standards. You will work proactively with brokers and contribute to continuous improvement in processes.
