As a Mortgage Underwriter at CMLS Financial, you will assess residential loan applications, manage a high volume of files, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining quality standards. You will work proactively with brokers and contribute to continuous improvement in processes.

As a Funding Specialist, manage the funding process for 30-50 files monthly, liaising with legal experts while ensuring compliance and timely completion of all tasks.
