Provide first-level technical support through web, email, and phone for software and hardware products. Troubleshoot installations, configurations, licensing, updates, networking, and hardware issues; manage tickets, document recurring problems, communicate resolutions, and escalate complex cases. The role requires strong customer service, analytical skills, IT helpdesk experience, Windows expertise, basic Linux knowledge, familiarity with remote-access tools, and full professional fluency in English and French.

Graduate-level intern will research and prototype AI, machine-learning, and robotics approaches for autonomous heavy equipment in Vortex Studio. Responsibilities include integrating AI and robotics technologies, training and evaluating autonomous agents, using demonstrations and human feedback, developing sim-to-real workflows, building quantitative experiments, and documenting findings. The role focuses on embodied AI, realistic physics-based simulation, and autonomy for excavators, bulldozers, and wheel loaders.

Paid 4–6 month internship focused on deploying, operating, and scaling Vortex Studio simulations in cloud environments. Responsibilities include developing APIs and tools, automating infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes, building simulation data pipelines, orchestrating workloads, implementing elastic scaling, evaluating system performance and reliability, and documenting technical findings.
