Manage insurance coverage and complex litigation matters (construction, professional liability, financial risk) across Quebec, Canada and the US for London-based insurers: review cases, advise on coverage and strategy, appoint and direct defence counsel, coordinate information, represent insurers in mediation and coverage disputes, and prepare high-quality written reports in English.

Support a litigation team of three or more lawyers by preparing litigation documents, managing deadlines and calendars, organizing and maintaining client files, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for hearings. Requires bilingual (French/English) communication and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Manage contentious litigation files from opening to resolution under partner supervision. Handle strategy, evidence, drafting pleadings, examinations for discovery, court appearances, mediations, and collaborate with experts. Focus areas include insurance, construction, civil and professional liability; bilingual French/English communication required.

Provide legal advice to insurers and insureds on cyber insurance coverage and incident response; review policies, draft opinions and incident reports, manage complex matters with colleagues and experts, and support client relationship development. Work involves high-level English communication with international clients.

Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal assistants, including reception duties, expense and invoice processing, document management (iManage, Box), reprographics, room bookings, courier coordination, office supply and cleanliness maintenance, and other related office tasks. Requires bilingual written and spoken communication and five-day in-office presence.
