Serve as the finance partner for a $20M business unit by leading budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases. Present financial reviews to leadership, evaluate performance and risks, improve planning and reporting processes, and ensure forecast and budget accountability. The role requires strong executive partnership, advanced Excel skills, bilingual English and French fluency, and on-site work in Laval, Quebec.

Lead internal communications strategy and execution, employee engagement platforms, crisis communications support, and communications measurement. Partner with HR and business leaders, manage Viva Engage, write and edit content under AP Style and brand guidelines, and provide occasional external and social media support. Serve as a French-language and cultural resource for Quebec while identifying communication technologies, trends, and AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness.
