Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, software installs/updates, and repairs on arcade and gaming equipment. Replace worn components, document maintenance logs, respond to guest issues, follow safety procedures, and support after-hours installations, deliveries, and removals.

Manage all theatre operations including amusement, food & beverage, guest service and retail. Ensure standards, compliance, budgets, revenue growth, and execute groups/events. Recruit, train, coach management, handle discipline, and drive projects to improve business performance and guest experience.

Provide administrative and operational support to Executive Directors for GTA and QC regions: scheduling, correspondence, invoicing, payroll tasks, database and project tracking, event coordination, mail and file management, and inter-venue communication. Handle confidential and time-sensitive projects and assist with department initiatives during a 3-month hybrid contract.
