Coordinates local and integrated marketing initiatives for The Rec Room and Playdium across Canada. Responsibilities include managing mall partnerships, campaigns, sponsorships, newsletters, planograms, signage, creative asset distribution, stakeholder coordination, timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign reporting. The role requires strong communication, organization, analytical, financial, and creative-review skills, along with fluency in English and French. This is a hybrid position based in Montreal.

Leads and coordinates cinema team members, supports management, maintains professional and positive workplace standards, facilitates employee training, provides performance feedback, and helps deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, collaboration, schedule availability, cross-training across cinema departments, and completion of a Cineplex certification process.
