Teams at CIMA+

Support CIMA+’s ESG strategy, sustainability initiatives, performance tracking, and corporate ESG reporting. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing ESG data, managing greenhouse-gas inventories across Scopes 1–3, supporting decarbonization and climate-transition planning, monitoring ESG frameworks and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams, clients, communities, and Indigenous partners. The role also contributes to ESG disclosures, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, proposals, and internal awareness programs.

Supports project managers and leadership with contract administration, project planning, budget and schedule tracking, financial forecasting, invoicing, change management, risk monitoring, claims, performance analysis, dashboards, and project documentation. The role strengthens governance and ensures consistent management of contractual and financial commitments for professional services projects. It does not include technical project execution or supervision.

Leads governance, integration, compliance, and continuous improvement of CIMA+'s health, safety, and environment management system. Oversees SSE documentation, regulatory monitoring, audits, performance indicators, reporting, technology solutions, and team development. Advises senior leadership on SSE risks, compliance, and organizational performance while partnering with operational and corporate stakeholders across Canada.
