The Bilingual Client Benefits Technical Analyst provides support for customer inquiries regarding health benefits, coordinating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned benefits accounts, deliver operational service, resolve escalations, monitor service trends, lead implementations and client meetings, present performance metrics, drive client satisfaction, retention and upsell opportunities, and support special projects.
