Develops NPI test strategies, automated test sequences, test stations, fixtures, specifications, and debugging tools for networking products. Advises development teams on design for manufacturability and testability, resolves technical issues, trains contract manufacturers, and drives continuous improvement to improve quality, scalability, manufacturing efficiency, and time-to-market.

Design and validate silicon photonics chips for high-speed optical transmitters and receivers, focusing on performance, cost, and reliability. Collaborate on circuit layouts, lead design reviews, support prototyping, and drive continuous improvements in product lifecycle performance.

Perform optical and electrical testing of photonic and electronic components, assemble opto‑mechanical prototypes, analyze and document test data, recommend corrective actions, improve lab processes and tools, develop inspection/test procedures, and support new product introduction and product enhancements.
