Teams at Chromatic

The Sales Engineer will drive the technical success of sales deals, lead evaluations, advise on integrations, and guide engineering teams to adopt Chromatic and Storybook effectively.

Create developer-facing technical content (articles, demos, docs, videos), build integrations/plugins/microsites, run webinars/workshops, partner with Marketing and Sales, gather developer feedback for Product, and maintain strong frontend technical expertise to drive adoption.

Manage a book of enterprise customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion for Chromatic and Storybook. Monitor customer health, surface risks, run business reviews, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Engineering, create account plans, analyze usage metrics, and build scalable CS processes and playbooks.
