Manage change requests from intake through deployment: gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate development and timelines, communicate with customers, run demos, track project costs, and close out CRs. Mentor team members, improve processes, and build strong customer relationships to drive adoption and retention of the Case IQ SaaS platform.

Support sales by delivering tailored SaaS product demonstrations, uncovering technical requirements, and advising customers. Partner with Account Executives to craft demo strategies, track demo performance, build enablement playbooks, and channel product feedback to product teams to improve conversion and sales efficiency.
