The Analyst, Collections will manage accounts receivable, ensure timely payments, resolve disputes, and build strong customer relationships.

Lead and support analytics lifecycle activities: manage analytic data platforms, govern data access, design and implement reporting/BI, apply advanced quantitative modeling, deliver actionable business insights, contribute to policies, work independently on complex projects and mentor junior colleagues.

Design and produce labeling artwork and packaging layouts that support brand and identity systems. Collaborate with proofreading, labeling, and cross-functional teams, follow established guidelines and processes, and deliver high-quality work on schedule while communicating status to leadership and partners.

Serve as IT Business Analyst liaising between stakeholders and IT to gather and document requirements, design compliant solutions, support implementations, and provide reporting/dashboard and project timeline management across multiple applications.

Lead analytics and optimization of the full RCM lifecycle (eligibility, billing, denials, collections). Build dashboards, perform variance and root-cause analyses, drive cash collections, support audits and payer contract reviews, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Lead end-to-end indirect category sourcing (especially IT software): develop supplier relationships, run competitive bids, negotiate contracts, manage contract compliance and supplier performance, use spend analytics and sourcing systems (e.g., Ariba) to identify cost savings and mitigate risk, and collaborate cross-functionally including legal.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.

Provide SaaS application support (primarily Adobe Sign/DocuSign) via ServiceNow, manage vendor and integration relationships, maintain runbooks and technical diagrams, lead onboarding and AP integrations, ensure SLA/KPI compliance, support escalations, document resiliency and compliance, and assist with application strategy.

Lead a cross-functional ServiceNow squad of developers and BAs to manage platform run operations, Agile delivery (2-week sprints), upgrades/patching, UAT, change/release governance, metrics reporting, stakeholder/vendor coordination, and continuous improvement while coaching team members and standardizing practices.

Manage customer shipment billing and order data: assign billing groups/facilities, research unmatched transactions and exception lines, resolve root causes, develop solutions, and support invoicing. Work collaboratively in a finance/controls environment, follow SOPs, participate in billing meetings, coach peers, and handle high-volume transactional tasks using multiple systems (TMS, Salesforce, SAP).

Provide advanced enterprise Microsoft 365 support and administration, resolve escalated technical issues, design and implement permanent solutions, lead projects, produce reports, train users, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Provide Tier 1-3 virtual and on-site support for software, hardware, AV and collaboration tools. Manage incident tickets, onboarding/off-boarding, workstation imaging, vendor and asset management, change requests, and participate in project build and process improvement activities.

Design, deploy, and operate containerized and serverless platforms on GKE, manage the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform, build standardized GitOps/IaC pipelines, embed DevSecOps controls, monitor platform health, onboard application teams, enforce policy-as-code governance, and collaborate with security and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and repeatable deployments.

Develop social-first creative and short-form video for multiple healthcare brands: design ads and banners, concept/produce/edit video, optimize for engagement and conversion, collaborate with marketing, and deliver high-volume assets on tight deadlines.

Develop and manage forecasting and scheduling models, systems, and methodologies to analyze and assess volumes, staffing, and scheduling effectiveness. Provide measurement and decision-support for planning, work on moderate-scope projects, identify solutions to technical problems, apply judgment within defined parameters, and communicate findings. Work reviewed for accuracy; must support US hours and rotating Saturday shifts.
