Conduct risk and control assessments, identify remediation plans, support ServiceNow product delivery and reporting, advise stakeholders on controls and compliance, participate in incident response, and drive process improvements across enterprise security and ITSM functions.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications for loans technology. Implement document ingestion, OCR and unstructured-data pipelines, develop scalable backend services (Python/Java) integrated with enterprise systems and Sybase, and ensure solutions meet reliability, performance, security, monitoring and operational support standards.
