Support finance shared services with accounts payable and construction-related contract administration. Record and track budgets and vendor invoices, process capital approvals, purchase orders, and progress draws, maintain project files, drive process improvements, and communicate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Produce and edit promotional and campaign videos across TV, web, in-store, and social channels. Manage post-production workflows including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, file organization, vendor coordination, stakeholder review, and archival. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, brand-compliant video assets on schedule.

Coordinate the Academy's learning roadmap and governance; design and oversee leadership, onboarding, operational, and digital learning programs; lead LMS initiatives and adoption; use learning data to measure impact; partner with HR, Operations, and franchise leaders to align learning with business priorities.
