Provide expert technical consulting to analyze client needs, design and implement enterprise infrastructure and recovery solutions, troubleshoot complex systems (Windows Server, HPE, VistA Imaging), prepare recommendations and documentation, support major deployments, manage IHS VistA Imaging Call Center, and participate in 24x7 help desk coverage while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare and process contract-specific invoices using multiple systems, review invoice accuracy, coordinate approvals with program managers, perform AR analyses, assist with closeouts and reporting, and support audits while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance standards.

Serve as the functional Deltek (Costpoint) expert for Finance and FP&A: gather requirements, design and configure Deltek solutions, ensure GAAP/FAR/CAS compliance, support reporting, integrations, training, audits, and partner with technical teams and administrators to deploy and maintain scalable finance systems.
