Leads federal acquisition training strategy, curriculum development, delivery, LMS administration, training analytics, and workforce learning modernization. Creates courses, desk guides, videos, job aids, and executive reports; interprets procurement policy updates; manages training rollouts; analyzes feedback and service desk trends; collaborates with acquisition leaders and subject matter experts; and mentors training specialists. Requires deep Department of War acquisition expertise, adult learning experience, advanced credentials, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.
