Analyze gas-path performance data to detect premature engine deterioration, recommend OEM-approved maintenance, provide technical customer support, validate system features, and support product development while maintaining customer communication records and OEM maintenance knowledge.

Perform budgeting, forecasting, billing/revenue validation, and sales compensation analysis. Build and validate Power BI and Excel reports, investigate variances, automate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing accuracy and financial visibility.

Serve as primary technical account lead for an OEM leased engine fleet, overseeing maintenance planning, tracking life-limited components, ensuring compliance with OEM/regulatory/lease requirements, processing maintenance records in CAMP, and building strong customer relationships while providing proactive technical and operational solutions.
