Partners with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into HR technology solutions. Analyzes, configures, tests, deploys, and supports Workday functionality and HR workflows across multiple areas. Troubleshoots issues, maintains HR data integrity, supports annual HR cycles, documents processes for audits, and contributes to HR technology transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports centralized planning and control for global software engineering projects. Responsibilities include reviewing project budgets, analyzing variances, profiling expenses against resource assignments, communicating with internal stakeholders, preparing reports, supporting material purchases, and leading process improvements. The role also performs related financial tasks and requires bilingual French and English communication, strong Excel skills, organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Develop financial models, analyze projects and M&A targets, coordinate due diligence, review risks and contract clauses, and support strategic decisions. The role collaborates with international stakeholders, Business Development teams, customers, and financial institutions, while presenting analyses to the CFO and senior leadership. Responsibilities require corporate finance or M&A expertise, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
