Acts as a strategic HR advisor to Operations leaders across a global client group. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, investigations, compliance, succession planning, organizational change, transformation initiatives, people metrics, and corporate HR program implementation. The HRBP partners with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and business performance.

Develop and maintain developer platform services, automation, internal engineering tools, and SDLC tooling. Automate operational processes, build self-service capabilities, improve platform reliability, resolve complex integrations, reduce technical debt, and contribute to architecture and engineering standards. The role also involves mentoring teammates, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across platform operations.

Own global technology procurement category strategies, spend management, supplier and stakeholder relationships, market analysis, rationalization roadmaps, and savings delivery. Lead and co-execute complex strategic sourcing projects from opportunity identification through negotiation, award, implementation, and governance. Build analytical models, monitor technology trends, support process improvements, and coach junior team members. The role focuses on global IT infrastructure, cloud, and associated services procurement.
