Define and execute web strategy to meet business goals: analyze market and user behavior, prioritize initiatives, run GA4-based analytics and A/B tests, recommend UX and platform optimizations, align cross-functional teams, and integrate AI responsibly to improve engagement and conversion.

Project Controller responsible for portfolio governance, methodology enforcement, and financial tracking. Supports project managers with planning, budget updates, purchase orders, invoice tracking, risk detection, and produces financial reports. Acts as Workday project module lead and ensures quality and traceability across project lifecycles. Hybrid role in Montreal requiring strong Excel and project management tool skills.
