Coordinate and implement workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs: ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and audits, manage incident investigations, deliver training, and support continuous improvement of SSE processes across sites.

Support the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all MEP aspects of construction projects: tender support, shop drawing coordination, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and site/health-and-safety support using construction management software.

Supervise safety on active construction sites: deliver orientations, manage SST documentation, lead incident investigations and inspections, update Salus, mentor coordinators, perform audits and reporting, support policy and program updates, configure Salus Pro, ensure compliance with client platforms (Avetta, Bolt).
