Serve as a trusted strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, change management, and program deployment. Lead P&C initiatives, support succession and talent reviews, drive adoption of HR programs, and foster cross-functional collaboration to strengthen engagement, leadership capability, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure work complies with plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, quality and safety standards. Produce daily reports and contractual documentation, attend site meetings, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and support schedule development and follow-up to achieve project objectives.

Support the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating construction projects: assist during tendering, liaise with subcontractors, track plans and shop drawings, prepare meeting minutes, manage change orders and RFIs via construction software, and provide site and Health & Safety team support.

Coordinate and implement workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs: ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and audits, manage incident investigations, deliver training, and support continuous improvement of SSE processes across sites.

Produce daily reports and contractual documentation, lead site meetings, manage subcontractors and crews, and support schedule development and follow-up to ensure project completion.

Support Project Manager to coordinate construction projects from tender to closeout. Manage documentation in Procore, track schedules, costs, RFIs, change orders, support procurement, BIM coordination, quality and safety inspections, LEED and HSE compliance, site visits, and stakeholder communications.

Lead end-to-end preconstruction pursuits: assess opportunities, set go/no-go decisions, define bid strategy, coordinate discipline leads and consultants, govern deliverables, improve processes, and build and coach the preconstruction team while reporting to senior leadership.

Support the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all MEP aspects of construction projects: tender support, shop drawing coordination, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and site/health-and-safety support using construction management software.

Lead full-contract construction project delivery: manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, contracts, stakeholder communication, BIM coordination, and team development to ensure on-time, compliant, and profitable project completion.
