Coordinate and implement workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs: ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and audits, manage incident investigations, deliver training, and support continuous improvement of SSE processes across sites.

Manage documentation in Procore, track schedules, costs, RFIs, change orders, support procurement, BIM coordination, quality and safety inspections, LEED and HSE compliance, site visits, and stakeholder communications.

Lead full-contract construction project delivery: manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, contracts, stakeholder communication, BIM coordination, and team development to ensure on-time, compliant, and profitable project completion.

Lead end-to-end preconstruction pursuits: assess opportunities, set go/no-go decisions, define bid strategy, coordinate discipline leads and consultants, govern deliverables, improve processes, and build and coach the preconstruction team while reporting to senior leadership.
