The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and strategy, oversee project execution, integrate generative tools, and mentor the creative team to achieve measurable results and exceptional quality.

Produce and adapt visual and short-form video content for social and digital campaigns. Collaborate with creatives and account teams to convert concepts into platform-specific assets, use AI tools to accelerate production, and support occasional shoots while monitoring trends to improve creative performance.

Manage day-to-day execution of clients' social media: plan and write editorial calendars, schedule and publish content, moderate communities, coordinate creatives, track performance metrics, and present content for client approvals.
