The Head of Revenue at BWZ will lead the company's revenue operations, focusing on integrated programs for enterprise clients, closing strategic deals, and ensuring scalable revenue products. Responsibilities include designing campaigns, restructuring sales org, and mentoring the sales team to enhance selling capabilities.

Build BWZ's growth engine end-to-end: own paid acquisition, partnerships, referral programs, landing-page and funnel optimization, and a repeatable A/B testing system. Establish tracking, dashboards, and LTV modelling; run experiments and operationalize winners. Work cross-functionally and lead efforts to scale audience acquisition and conversion.
