The People and Culture Manager serves as a strategic HR business partner to operational leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, talent reviews, compensation, organizational change, investigations, performance management, and employment-law compliance. The role coaches leaders, manages sensitive employee matters, partners with HR centers of excellence, and aligns people initiatives with business objectives. Based in Montreal, it requires regular on-site presence, bilingual French-English communication, and travel to job sites and other Canadian provinces.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a major hydroelectric dam rehabilitation project. Manage project costs, schedules, quality, safety, contracts, billing, subcontractors, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Supervise and develop the project team while coordinating engineering, site preparation, and construction activities. The role begins in Montreal with hybrid planning work and transitions to site-based execution near the project during construction in 2028, including travel, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Coordinates industrial construction projects across proposals, planning, engineering, execution, and handover. Responsibilities include scheduling, safety compliance, subcontractor and procurement coordination, cost tracking, forecasting, billing support, progress reporting, stakeholder communication, change management, documentation, and site quality control. Projects involve power generation and distribution, mining, natural resource processing, and electrical, mechanical, and civil works. The role begins in Montreal with hybrid work before transitioning to remote construction sites as required.
