Manage client capital planning and asset assessment program: lead team, define assessment methodology, conduct audits and condition assessments, maintain capital planning data, produce reports, and provide technical guidance for implementation.

Accountable for client real estate portfolios: lead portfolio management program, P&L and operating budgets, client relationship and growth, service delivery, strategic planning, risk mitigation, and talent management. Drive business development, continuous improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to meet service, financial, and client satisfaction objectives.

Lead a team delivering workplace strategy, occupancy planning, functional programming, and interior design solutions. Develop business cases, change management programs, and furniture/technology recommendations; manage budgets, schedules, client relationships, reporting, and business development. Mentor staff, oversee recruitment, performance, and resource planning. Requires interior design certification, 7+ years' experience, and security clearance eligibility.
