Lead end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and vendor performance. Maintain client relationships, supervise project admin staff, ensure regulatory and H&S compliance, produce estimates and risk assessments, and drive communication cadence and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Plans and oversees end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, resources, and requirements. Identifies and mitigates risks, monitors progress, coordinates project teams, communicates status, and ensures compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, and safety standards. Manages client relationships, expectations, issues, satisfaction, and vendor performance while promoting continuous improvement and quality project delivery.

Serve as PMO subject-matter expert to gather and define business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, track risks and change artifacts, oversee capital plan loading, and develop training. Drive process improvements, ensure compliance and support implementation to keep initiatives on time, on budget, and within scope.
