Lead and support development of Innovation Scenarios for the account. Compile and analyze large real-estate portfolio datasets, prepare performance and scorecard reports, perform occupancy and budget variance analyses, liaise with IT to resolve system issues, train users, perform ad hoc audits, and distribute key process metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Support delivery of workplace experience, engagement and change management solutions. Design and deliver classroom and virtual training, develop learning content and assessments, support workshops, curate communications, maintain learning tools and reporting, and assist workplace strategists in program administration and transitions.

Lead end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and vendor performance. Maintain client relationships, supervise project admin staff, ensure regulatory and H&S compliance, produce estimates and risk assessments, and drive communication cadence and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget.
