Provide Microsoft technology subject matter expertise and hands-on infrastructure support. Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, KMS, WSUS, Azure IaaS, and hybrid identity environments. Perform Active Directory migrations, Windows Server upgrades, end-of-support remediation, and platform architecture for Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SQL Server. Apply Terraform, GitHub, infrastructure-as-code, and automated configuration management practices.

Perform credit analysis and risk management for financial institution clients focused on asset managers, regulated funds and capital markets. Prepare credit reviews and new credit requests, analyze counterparties and capital markets transactions (derivatives, FX, swaps, repo, securities lending, prime services), review exposures and legal documentation (ISDA/CSA, GMRA/PSA, SLMA), coordinate credit processes, ensure data quality and compliance, and work with Relationship Managers, Traders, Market Risk, Legal and Operations.

Lead and manage Sage X3 ERP application support and system analysis across supply chain and finance modules. Oversee configurations, integrations, IT operational controls, ServiceNow-based ITSM, and drive system optimization in an enterprise multi-site environment.
