The role involves being the primary contact with regulatory bodies, maintaining professional relationships, coordinating inspections, and managing compliance-related actions and documentation.

Manage and maintain commercial partnerships for the claims division: update and enforce agreements, monitor partner performance, analyze dashboards and KPIs, provide technical assistance, support continuous improvement, collaborate with internal teams, prepare and attend partner meetings, and identify new business opportunities.

Produce and prepare digital and printed materials (forms, marketing collateral, banners, social media assets, videos). Perform layout, image retouching, color correction, variable-data composition, proofing, archive/photo bank management, print/web prep, apply accessibility (WCAG) and brand standards, and coordinate with printers and stakeholders.
