Monitors and responds to cybersecurity threats and incidents using SIEM/SOAR solutions. The role develops security monitoring use cases, alerts, dashboards, and documentation; reviews monitoring practices; measures security control effectiveness; tracks related initiatives; and collaborates with cybersecurity technology analysts. Strong expertise in security logs, current vulnerabilities, threat vectors, and security tools is required, along with advanced French and functional English proficiency.

Designs, operates, and evolves large-scale observability platforms using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana. Automates deployments with Terraform and Ansible, integrates observability into CI/CD pipelines, and develops reusable modules for on-premises and cloud environments. The role also supports Kubernetes, serverless, logs, metrics, and traces; optimizes system performance and costs; investigates complex incidents; and advises teams on observability best practices.

Serves as the primary liaison with insurance regulators, coordinating regulatory examinations, inspections, information requests, action plans, formal responses, and reporting. The role manages regulatory relationships, tracks commitments and remediation milestones, reviews and harmonizes technical documentation, supports governance mechanisms, and strengthens compliance culture. Requires legal expertise, insurance-sector regulatory knowledge, governance experience, Quebec Bar membership, and fluency in French with advanced English.
