The Principal HR Business Partner advises senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The role leads post-merger workforce integration, enterprise change initiatives, scalable HR program delivery, and workforce analytics. It independently manages complex employee relations matters, supports compliance with employment requirements, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve organizational performance, employee outcomes, and business scalability.

Owns Behavox’s integrated three-statement and operating financial model, including forecasting, SaaS unit economics, scenario analysis, and assumption integrity. Builds acquisition valuations, diligence models, pro-forma projections, and consolidated integration models. Supports business reviews for leadership, the board, and investors by translating financial results into actionable recommendations. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve productivity and data validation while maintaining analytical judgment.

Own full commercial lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts: outbound prospecting, opportunity shaping, executive value-based selling, complex negotiation, CRM (HubSpot) pipeline management, and post-signature commercial ownership to drive expansion and renewals.
