Partners with US and Canada business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation analysis, and HR program delivery. Interprets workforce metrics and HRIS reporting to guide recommendations, manages moderate-to-complex employee relations cases, and ensures compliance with applicable employment requirements. Supports post-merger integration and enterprise HR initiatives while escalating highly complex or high-risk matters.

Owns revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts in regulated financial-services verticals. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, complex multi-stakeholder deal leadership, executive value-based selling, commercial negotiation, forecasting and CRM management in HubSpot, contract execution, and post-signature expansion and renewals in partnership with Customer Success.

Owns Behavox’s core three-statement and operating financial models, integrating budgets, forecasting SaaS metrics, and analyzing business performance. Builds acquisition valuations, due diligence models, pro forma projections, and post-close consolidations. Leads financial analysis for business reviews, challenges assumptions, develops downside scenarios, and delivers recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve financial workflows while maintaining strong validation and judgment.

Owns Behavox’s integrated three-statement and operating financial models, including SaaS forecasting, scenarios, sensitivities, and accounting foundations. Builds acquisition valuations, diligence models, pro forma projections, and consolidated views. Leads analysis for business reviews, senior leadership, board, and investor reporting; diagnoses metric movements and provides actionable recommendations. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve productivity and validation while maintaining judgment over financial assumptions and outputs.
