Leads financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients, analyzing financial and operational performance, cash flow, working capital, capex, and deal risks. Oversees deal reporting, post-acquisition planning, research, project execution, team development, client relationships, business development, and practice growth.

Prepares US corporate and partnership tax returns, conducts tax research, and communicates with the IRS and state tax authorities. Supports compliance and consulting engagements, collaborates with internal tax teams, maintains accuracy and technical knowledge, and contributes to process improvements. The role also involves client support, staff training, professional development, relationship building, and supporting business growth through referrals.
