Lead design and delivery of 360° external communications and public affairs initiatives, focusing on communications planning, media relations, issues management, executive counsel, stakeholder engagement, and vendor oversight to support BDC's corporate strategy and business development.

Lead BDC's enterprise Data & AI Governance program, driving data stewardship, quality, metadata, master data, traceability and AI risk oversight. Build governance committees, mobilize data stewards, deliver data literacy, influence senior stakeholders, report value, and manage a high-performance team to enable secure, compliant, and value-driven data use.

Lead end-to-end KYC processes for loan applications: review customer files, collect and verify KYC documentation, analyze financials for compliance, raise issues to Business Development Lead, collaborate with underwriters, and maintain timely, client-focused communication.
