Determines fair values for BDC Capital equity and debt investments through quarterly and ad hoc valuation assessments. Reviews financial models, validates methodologies and assumptions, analyzes market and portfolio data, supports financial reporting and audits, and presents findings to committees and senior management. Collaborates with investment teams and explores AI-enabled automation to improve valuation, accounting, reporting, and research workflows.

Provides client service and administrative support to Virtual Business Centre clients across Canada. Provides administrative and client service support to Account Managers across Canada. Manages queue-based requests, processes client and business requests, contacts clients to clarify information, maintains records, completes follow-ups, and meets service standards. Partners with governance, security, risk, legal, compliance, technology, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, responsible solutions and measurable business value.

Manages online financing applications from due diligence through authorization, performing KYC, credit analysis, fraud-risk assessment, loan underwriting, and financial deal negotiation.
