Builds and manages referral networks to generate mortgage business and grow home-financing market share. Develops marketing initiatives, maintains community relationships, resolves customer issues, analyzes business data, and provides recommendations while delivering knowledgeable customer service and meeting sales and profitability goals.

Manages mutual fund dealer governance processes, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, reporting, regulatory remediation, and continuous improvement. Partners with stakeholders to align processes with business, risk, compliance, and customer experience requirements. Leads change management, communications, training materials, process monitoring, dashboards, and strategic initiatives while resolving operational issues and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate workflows.

Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial banking clients, develops new business, structures and negotiates lending solutions, performs credit and financial analysis, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver tailored banking services. The role monitors portfolio profitability and risk, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides strategic advice to business owners and executives. Fluency in French and English is required to support clients and team members in Quebec and elsewhere.
