Manage demand-side, supply-side, and affiliate advertising platforms. Lead ad product development across formats, targeting, measurement, and marketplace optimization. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, publishers, advertisers, affiliates, and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives, improve onboarding and retention, and achieve performance targets. Define specifications, manage resources, lead cross-functional development projects, and support digital marketing and revenue goals.

Leads the global payments strategy and operations, including processors, acquirers, payment methods, routing, authorization optimization, economics, and geographic expansion. Manages partner relationships and negotiations, improves approval rates, oversees fraud and compliance coordination, and ensures resilient settlement and reconciliation processes. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Commercial teams while leading the payments team and reporting performance and risks to senior leadership.

Design and build Azure-native Lakehouse and SQL data solutions using Synapse, Spark, Delta Lake and Data Factory; migrate on-prem SQL/SSIS to Azure; optimize performance, implement governance, and support architecture and documentation.
