As an Insurance Claims Expert, you'll manage claims from start to finish, evaluating circumstances, damages, and responsibilities while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Provide bilingual (FR/EN) HR advisory to people leaders across Canada (focus Quebec) on employee relations, performance management, investigations, policy interpretation and legal compliance. Document cases in HR systems, deliver leader workshops, support disability management and collaborate with HR team to drive people priorities and leadership capability.

The estimator will assess automotive damages using automated systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and liaise with repair professionals to recommend repair methods and optimize costs.

The role involves managing complex claims in civil liability, including risk assessment, legal interpretation, and negotiation. The analyst will evaluate liability, assess damages, and contribute to process improvements.

The Senior Underwriter will assess and select complex risks in commercial insurance, manage renewals, and grow the insurance portfolio while collaborating closely with brokers and internal teams.

Conduct on-site risk prevention inspections for commercial property, product liability and contractor risks; complete risk and underwriting reports; manage accounts; advise underwriters; ensure ARMS standards; collaborate with leadership and partners to improve risk services. Frequent travel across Quebec (75%) and occasional national travel (up to 25%).

Provide empathetic, bilingual (FR/EN) customer service to homeowners filing claims. Investigate, negotiate and settle property claims per procedures, using digital platforms and collaborating with teams to ensure timely, accurate resolution.

Provide administrative and underwriting support for commercial equipment-breakdown insurance: process submissions, renewals, and endorsements; enter and reconcile data in RTM/Case Manager/HX/Salesforce; prepare reports, cover notes and presentations; liaise with brokers and stakeholders; maintain electronic filing and support special projects.

The Senior Commercial Underwriter will evaluate complex risks in corporate insurance, develop business opportunities, and ensure portfolio quality while collaborating with brokers and internal teams.

The Senior Underwriter will evaluate and select complex risks in property and liability insurance for accounts over $50,000, while managing renewals and client relationships.
