Automate workflows, build anomaly detection and recommendation systems, integrate Vertex AI/LLMs, and provide executive reporting while collaborating with engineering, suppliers, and product teams to improve data quality and manufacturing reliability.

Lead and supervise North American accounting and tax compliance across Canada, US and Mexico. Manage month-end close, audits, payroll, treasury, cash planning, reporting, transfer pricing coordination, and multinational accounting projects. Develop and coach finance teams, implement process improvements, and liaise with external advisors and authorities. Occasional regional travel required.
