Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and release validation tests; develop test cases and quality processes; diagnose customer technical issues using logs, databases, and configurations; document solutions; monitor quality and service metrics; and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate fixes and turn customer feedback into product improvements.

Owns customer support cases from diagnosis through resolution while strengthening product quality. Responsibilities include reproducing defects, root-cause analysis, functional and regression testing, release validation, test-case development, troubleshooting logs and databases, documenting solutions, tracking quality metrics, and translating customer feedback into product and process improvements. The role partners closely with product development and engineering and requires professional fluency in English and French.
