Lead and oversee accounting, tax compliance, payroll, treasury, month-end close, audits, and internal controls across Canada, US, and Mexico. Manage and develop a North American accounting team, drive process improvements, support global tax/transfer pricing, and lead special strategic projects.

Design and implement AI-driven data analyses and dashboards for manufacturing, quality and reliability. Extract, transform and analyze large production/test datasets, build ML/LLM-based automation and anomaly detection, and integrate AI services into NPI and production workflows while collaborating cross-functionally.

Analyze fleet‑scale manufacturing, test, deployment, and operational data to produce KPIs, dashboards, and AI‑enabled applications. Perform statistical analysis, improve data quality, automate workflows with AI/ML, and deliver executive insights. Collaborate with engineering, product, suppliers, and operations to embed data‑driven solutions into NPI and manufacturing processes.
