Design and implement robust bimanual manipulation algorithms and train learning-based robot policies (diffusion, imitation, RL). Build end-to-end autonomy connecting perception, semantic task understanding, and low-level control. Ship production-quality Python and C++ code, profile and scale the autonomy stack, and work with high-fidelity simulators for sim-to-real transfer.

Architect and build production-grade perception and autonomy systems for deployed bi-manual robots: design CV pipelines (detection, 3D reconstruction, 6D pose), optimize models for embedded hardware, integrate perception with task reasoning and planning (including VLMs), write and maintain production Python/C++ code, and profile/scale software across a growing robot fleet.

Build and maintain data pipelines and core robotics software to support teleoperation, training, deployment, and simulation. Write high-performance systems code (C/C++/Rust), prepare datasets for ML training, improve simulation workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase reliability, performance, and automation of deployed robots.
