Lead full-cycle recruitment and HR operations: build talent pipelines, source and hire creative tech and technical roles, manage ATS and recruitment metrics, administer HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and training while advising leadership.

Lead and mentor a six-person engineering team while contributing hands-on across the full stack. Develop and maintain Angular front-ends and Node.js/.NET Core backends, ensure system integration, optimize real-time streams (Kafka, WebSockets), maintain CI/CD and Docker deployments, perform code reviews, collaborate with TPM and architects, and travel occasionally for onsite deployments.

Design and optimize real-time graphics for live broadcasts using Vizrt, collaborating with teams to integrate data feeds and troubleshoot technical issues.
